Laubacher's Salon, Spa, & Barbershop has 3 spots open for booth rent. One Barber/esthetician/massotherapist/Nail tech room approximately 12×12 with sink and plumbed for optional pedicure chair. (Room will be ready to rent out in Aug) Also 2 station spots currently open, looking for 2 hairdressers. (One main room with 3 stations in it) Beautiful clean place to run your own business! Pick your own work hours between 8am-8pm. Closed on Sundays. Very reasonable low rent with almost everything you need already provided. Custom built station with soft close drawers, power strip with phone charger, appliance holder, cabinet, hydrolic chair, 3 inch deluxe mat, towels, and utilities included. wi-fi available. Lit parking, Separate waiting room, customer restroom, dispensary with extra cabinet space, Shampoo room with 2 deluxe sinks, 2 dryer chairs, spacious breakroom with lockers, table & chairs, 2 employee bathrooms, washer & dryer, full size refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, and more.
