We're committed to seeking out the most transparent pro-organic product lines, eliminating VOCs, supporting renewable energy and taking responsibility for our waste stream. We look forward to providing excellent service, and helping you support the cosmetic companies that are doing things most responsibly. Cancellation Policy:
Appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice incur a cancellation fee of 30% the original service price. No Call/No Show incidents incur a fee of 60% the original service price. Cancellation or No Call/No Show fees may be charged to your billing method on file, deducted from your gift certificate balance, can be paid over the phone or will be added to to cost of future bookings. Please know this cancellation fee is intended to protect your stylist/therapist/esthetician from unexpected income loss resulting from No Call/No Shows and Cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and available to help you re-book your appointment as needed.
