I just didn’t know what the place where I could fully BE that provider would look like.

Not rushed. Not transactional. Not focused solely on what diagnosis fits inside a box.

It starts with something incredibly simple:

Listening.

Because sometimes the body whispers before it screams.

And sometimes a woman doesn’t need to hear, “Everything looks fine.”

She needs someone willing to ask:

“What doesn’t feel fine to YOU?”

That became deeply personal after losing my Momma.

I learned firsthand that prevention matters. Screenings matter. Education matters. Asking questions matters.

But feeling safe enough to TALK about what’s happening to you matters, too.

I want women to understand their bodies, participate in their healthcare, ask questions, and speak up when something feels wrong—even when they can’t explain why.

I want prevention BEFORE crisis.

And I want women to prioritize caring for themselves instead of apologizing for it.

Because health is only one piece of us.

Sometimes healing means improving your health.
Sometimes it means addressing what you’ve ignored.
Sometimes it means rebuilding confidence.
Sometimes it means recognizing the woman in the mirror again.

And sometimes it means allowing yourself to be poured into after years of pouring into everyone else.

Oh what a weekend...

Started off road tripping Friday with the Thelma to my louise .palm to for 2 whole days packed with an intensive hands on with the !
Day One: Toxin (Botox), Filler, PRP (protein rich plasma) and Microneedling
Day Two: Vampire Facial, Facelift, & Breast Lift, P-Shot, and O-Shot!

I can't wait to get home and order all my supplies! 😬

I know I’ve been quiet lately…

but my silence won’t last much longer.

I needed time.

Time to step back.

Because the way healthcare is “supposed” to work…
has never fully sat right with me.

I’ve felt the gap—
between treating symptoms…
and actually taking care of people.

And I can’t unsee it anymore.

So I stopped trying to fit into a system
that was never built for real healing in the first place.

I’m building something different now.

More human.
