I used to believe that I would never have a place in the beauty industry but God showed me he had a plan .
All of the setbacks , the seasons where I was ready to give up and leave everything behind are the same seasons that molded me into who I am today .

5 conseils pour avoir une bonne équipe en business :
1. Avoir la même vision
2. Toujours penser à mettre l'humain au premier plan car ce sont les Hommes qui font tourner la boîte et non l'inverse.
3. Accepter que les victoires et surtout les échecs sont collectifs.
4. Accepter de faire confiance aux autres.
5. Penser à passer des moments de qualité ensemble loin du volet business.
