10 AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA
La historia de The Barber San comienza con una necesidad… pero se convirtió en un propósito.
Inspirado por su hermano y su mentor CHATRU en Guayaquil, Ecuador, comenzó su camino en el arte de la barbería. Más adelante perfeccionó su talento en Barber Shop Abaste en El Coca – Orellana, donde desarrolló su técnica y pasión por transformar vidas a través de un corte.
Después de la pandemia decidió emprender y abrir su propia barbería, atendiendo familias, niños con sueños y clientes que hoy forman parte de su historia.
Hoy llega a Estados Unidos y se une a la familia de

MEET OUR PROFESSIONALS
At NU IMAGE BARBERSHOP, every chair has a story… and every barber represents passion, discipline, and legacy.
Today, we’d like to introduce one of our professionals:
Xavier Rivera | Zayvee (Xavi)
17 Years of Experience
For Zayvee, barbering has never been just a job… it’s always been a part of his life.
He grew up surrounded by the barbering industry.
His father and uncle owned barbershops, his mother was a nail technician, and his aunt was a hairstylist. The sound of clippers, the conversations inside the shop, and the energy of the barbershop were always part of his world.
Watching people walk into the barbershop one way… and leave with renewed confidence left a lasting impression on him.
At just 12 years old, he picked up a pair of clippers for the very first time.
He didn’t know much yet… but deep down, he knew that this was his calling.
He also saw something else:
the hard work, the independence, and the opportunities that come when someone truly masters their craft.
That day, he made a promise to himself:
“I’m going to become a barber.”
When he turned 15, his mother gave him his very first pair of clippers, and what started as curiosity quickly became passion… and that passion grew into a lifelong love for the art of barbering.
Because to him, barbering is so much more than cutting hair.
It’s confidence.
It’s conversation.
It’s community.
It’s building something meaningful with your own hands.
Today, after 17 years in the profession, he is still deeply in love with what he does.
But now he has an even greater reason to keep going.
His daughter.
She sees the routine.
She sees the discipline.
She sees what it means when a man chooses to build something with passion and purpose.
And one day… he hopes she will proudly say that she watched her father turn a dream into a legacy.
