We must raise our frequency to truly evolve. It starts with understanding that we are energetic beings not just physical and food is spiritual. What we put in our mouth is either going to raise your frequency or lower it. We are now at a crossroads, either you’re vibrating high or vibrating low, either you’re transcending or staying stuck in low frequency. Feed your body life, cleanse the temple, then you will understand the truth that we are all powerful spiritual beings.

This juice bar is literally the best juice bar ever!! is family owned all fresh organic products you can add to the shakes sea moss, spirulina, chlorella just to name a few. I been coming here for a while now and have not tried anything that I don’t love. They are located in New Britain Ave Hartford 🫶🏽😋

Try to always choose a healthier options, being intentional with what your eating is what will keep you healthy 💪🏽 small changes makes a big difference. If you have the option to choose fried or grilled choose grilled, option of drinking Soda or flavored seltzer choose seltzer, cheese or no cheese choose no cheese just a few examples. Food will raise your frequency or lower it is all a choice 💯💪🏽
If life gets busy and you have no chance to make breakfast Whole food breakfast bar and salad bar is a healthy option instead of stopping at a drive thru. I got eggs with veggies, my favorite fruit ever rambutans and 100% watermelon juice. Healthy and affordable no excuses to not eat healthy 🧐🤪
