Uplevel Bodywork is a day spa in New Bern, N.C. located at 626 Hancock St. New Bern, N.C. 28560.
Last day in my storefront, feeling all the feels today. I’m so glad that I started an online business, so I no longer need a storefront to monetize my social media. While I was here, I was selling water share memberships and serving molecular hydrogen water. So now I can continue to do that from anywhere in the world! Does this sound interesting to you? DM me the rocket emoji 🚀 and I’ll help you get started!

After 4½ wonderful years, Uplevel Bodywork will be closing its doors tomorrow. I’m incredibly grateful to all of the amazing clients who have trusted and supported me throughout this journey—thank you for being part of it.
I’m excited for my next chapter as I relocate to a new city and begin a new adventure.
If you’d like support with “upleveling” your drinking water, feel free to DM me! The molecular hydrogen water I’ve been serving at the spa has been a huge hit, and I’m happy to continue helping people improve their wellness without the responsibilities of a storefront.
Thank you again for your support, referrals, and friendship over the years. I’m looking forward to staying connected!
Happy Valentine’s day!
