Hello, to all of you lovely, beautiful, radiant Beings of our Earth Mother,

I am sending deep respect and profound love to all of you.

During these strange times, I hope that all of us have been able to feel the comforts of a slower pace, to cherish time spent with family, and to engage in the enjoyment of the weather and of the warmth and of the cleansing fresh falling snow.

I am making a commitment to post for 21 days. For several years I have wanted to make video and posts to help serve my community. Videos and commentary do not need to be perfect, like landing en pointe in a toe shoe. As far as I know, my video and commentary will not be rehearsed, as I am certain perfection will cease production. gotta break that habit of trying to be perfect.

Today's post is not a video, but a sharing:

Thank you, Leslie Fraser for posting Deepak Chopra's 21 Day Mediation Experience. I started this Mediation Experience today,

Day 2: "Hope is Always Available"
Today's Centering Thought: "The Power of Hope is Here Everyday."
Our Sanskrit Mantra: Samprati Hum: "My True Self is Wide Awake

I hope that you will have a chance to listen to Deepak's mediation for 20 minutes each day for the next 21 days. Listening at the same time each day may be helpful to create good habits and break habits that you would like to change.

Please post your comments and experiences.

Health and Well-being to all.

Sat Nam,
Sarah
