💔Our sweet Linda. Lou Lou. Bread Bowl. Tiny dancer.
Every night Liz asks me if I want to take you outside or the other 2 pups. I’m not sure why she asked because I always chose you. You’re my favorite. “Taking a lap” with you at night became my meditation. I’d check in with you, you’d check in with me. You were a healer, a thunder blanket and the best big sister. You saved my Wizard and saw her through 16 years but like I reassured you today, I’ve got her now. We will love you forever our angel ❤️❤️

Big feelings of gratitude and exhaustion for existing in this world for a few months now. ❤️❤️❤️
May we never grow up even as we do big kid things

Though I seem to only remember to take pictures of my fashion colors, lived in effortless blends are a majority of my time behind the chair.
When someone sits down in my chair after a few months and says “it doesn’t even look that bad!” That is just another badge on my Girl Scout sash to me ❤️

It’s amazing what changing your surrounding can do for your creativity

When I made the decision to start there were a few things I knew I wanted from the space.
I wanted it to feel elevated but still warm and inviting. I wanted character from the people and the place. I wanted community but still intimacy that you don’t have in more open concept salons. I wanted it to be peaceful but still exciting…. Seeing her come together I think we did pretty good.
I can’t wait for you guys to see her soon!

These Bangs are BANGarang.
(Yes I’ve been waiting to say it)

To all my Homies with an extra Chromie… Happy National Down Syndrome Day! Which pretty accurately translates into a Happy National Best of the Best Day. May we all forever strive to learn from these amazing humans kindness and joy. Your love is an off the charts, divine, travel to the ends of the earth level of love . Lucky to have you 💕💕💕♥️

Bangarang:
“The lost boys battle cry”
“Ultimate in excellence”

Bangarang is a homecoming for a collective of people that want to belong but won’t sacrifice anything about who they are. They are people who remember how to PLAY! It’s a home for those who have still been looking.

So, welcome to Bangarang Beauty Co.

Often time you hear mantras for salons who are in the business of helping create you. While there is certainly nothing wrong with this , I’ve come to believe it’s less about creating yourself and more about finding your way BACK to yourself. I believe we all know who we are but the depth of our bones but sometimes we need help learning to express that to the outer world. It’s a place to change your identity but not yourself. (And if you just want a trim that ok too 😉)

Come hang, come fly, come fight, come crow.

Coming soon

So… I’ve been keeping a secret….

IM OPENING A SALON!
Holy $ #@!

We purchased an amazing 1930’s craftsman style house on music row of January 2021 and I have been working tirelessly (after my day job of course) to make this dream a reality. After working in salons big and small I’m finally ready (as I’ll ever be) to curate a space using all my knowledge from having worked in both environments. Keeping both my guests and my stylists at the forefront of my design. I can’t wait for you guys to finally see her!!

So if you’ve asked me what I’ve been up to lately and I said “nothing” it was a bold face lie. It’s been this baby all day and all night 😉
