Here are the 7 Chakras and what they tend to. If you haven’t been feeling 100% lately (which wouldn’t be surprising considering the weight of the world right now) look into balancing your chakras. Imbalanced or blocked chakras can show up as physical, emotional, or spiritual symptoms.

To quickly become more balanced: spend time in nature, take some deep breaths, or wear the color of the corresponding Chakra you feel needs to be realigned.
