I didn’t always work in a calm, peaceful wellness space like this.
Before Balanced Wellness IV Bar, I spent years in the ER — fast-paced, high stress, helping people in crisis.
And while that work mattered… it also made me realize something.
So many of those situations could have been prevented if people had the right support before their health declined.
That’s what led me here.
I brought my medical background from Michigan to Florida with one goal — to help people take a more proactive approach to their health.
Not waiting until you’re completely burned out…
Not pushing through exhaustion…
