Happy clients is all we have at Studio95Barbers!!!😍

These flourless protein buns are golden outside, fluffy inside, and ready in minutes

No flour, no yeast, no rising time. Just five ingredients and an oven.

What each ingredient does:

• Boiled potato - provides natural starch that creates a soft, cohesive dough structure without any flour
• Eggs - bind the batter and add protein that makes these genuinely filling as a meal rather than just a snack
• Greek yogurt - adds moisture, lightness, and a mild tang while contributing additional protein and probiotics
• Baking powder - creates the lift that makes these buns airy and fluffy rather than dense
• Sesame seeds - add healthy fats, calcium, and a satisfying crunch to the golden crust

Prep tips:

• Use starchy potatoes like Russet - waxy potatoes have too much moisture and produce a sticky dough
• Mash the potato completely smooth before mixing - lumps create uneven texture in the final bun
• Do not overmix once yogurt is added - overmixing deflates the batter and produces dense buns
• Wet your hands before you prepare food.
