Summer Love for the heart ❤️ Balance the energy of your heart with 3 practices. Flow with the Mountain, Cloud Hands and Coming Home to the Heart

Qigong practice has profound effects physically, better balance, lower blood pressure, more energy and strength in your body. The other effects through our emotions are equally profound for example, this man who has been a veteran of war, came up to me and said I feel transported to a peaceful place. These kind of comments are why I love teaching and sharing this incredible practice this ancient art, called QIGONG.!
