Please read! Thank you!

Illness season is around, please be washing your hands when you come in first thing.

From allergies, colds, coughs, and other symptoms we just want to make sure clients are following our policies 😊

➡️ Please remember we do require you to reschedule if you are actively sick. Contact your service provider directly via their own number when needing to rebook.

*** Recently we had an issue having to turn someone away and the "I’m not comfortable providing your service without medical clearance" was unfortunately escalated, so this is needing to be said:

➡️ If you have a fungal, viral, or bacterial infection, we cannot see you for an appointment until the condition is fully resolved and medically cleared by a healthcare provider. This includes on your skin or nails, if a client comes in with concerning condition you will be turned away. Infections can lie underneath the skin and still be contagious.

We follow our state sanitation laws and for the safety of our clients and professionals if you are told no, respect the decision and please see a medical provider. Do your part and do not spread known or unknown conditions. Do not throw a fit, curse,
and treat service providers poorly. It will not be tolerated.
