This balayage is about 3–4 months old, and all it needed was a fresh fall chop and a glaze to bring it right back to life.

Meet Radames! 🤍✨
Our weekend crew is growing, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome Radames to the Crop family!
With 12 years of experience behind the chair and a serious love for a good blowout, Radames is bringing talent, personality, and all the good energy to our weekends.
When he’s not making hair beautiful, you can find him working out, taking road trips, or spending time with his family (especially his nieces and nephews!). He also works full-time as a paraprofessional supporting students with special needs. 🤍
A Scorpio through and through, he brings a little extra personality wherever he goes. His favorite part of what he does? Making people feel good, whether that’s through great hair or simply brightening their day.

And it reminded us how lucky we are to do what we love while building a life we love outside the salon.
