Hey everyone!

I wanted to take a moment to talk to you guys for a second.

A lot of you don’t actually know me, but so many of you do. And those of you that DO, can vouch for me momentarily.

Hi, I’m Sara.

It’s recently come to my attention that I’ve made several of you upset by not immediately responding to your texts and contact.

1) Sundays will typically not get a response from me. Those days are for my family, and that is not negotiable after the year we’ve had.

2) I have spent the last several weeks building shelters for my animals due to an emergency. I’m with my clients all day long, and then immediately outside doing construction work. Time was literally of the essence, so my responses often became short and simple, and I apologize for that.

If you are upset that I didn’t respond in UNDER a 24 hour timeframe, due to being with clients and being with my children, please understand that I am not the stylist for you.

I try my best to send a response as soon as I can. Sometimes it takes me a day or two, but I WILL typically get back with you. If I don’t, please remind me with a follow up text. I’ve said that before as well.

If you call while I’m applying color to a client, I cannot answer. My clients are paying me for my time, and I cannot simply walk away during a color application. It is not feasible. Please leave a voicemail and I’ll get back with you as soon as I can.

I have absolutely had my ass handed to me this ENTIRE YEAR. I am ONE person trying to manage everything. Please be patient with me. I appreciate my clients and take care of them with everything I have left in me. I absolutely love the relationships we’ve built and I adore each and every one of you. 💜

I hereby dub thee, the Chaos Perm!

It’s officially perm season, and Chaos Perms have been super popular lately.

What’s a Chaos Perm, you ask?

Well, natural curl patterns are not uniform. Some curls are much tighter. Some are loose. But no curly girl has identical curls all over her noggin. A “Chaos Perm” has various different sizes of rods in different places to mimic a natural curl.
