This month marks 6 months for me at Roots Hair Salon, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself and share a little of my journey!

I’m originally from Alma, Arkansas. I graduated in 2011 and first went to school for business before realizing my heart was in cosmetology (after doing prom hair for my cousins and sister and discovering I actually had a gift for it!).

I graduated in 2015 and started booth renting in Fort Smith. Five years later I moved my business to Van Buren, where I built an amazing clientele and became known for my blonding services.

In 2023, I invested in extension training with Harper Ellis in Fort Smith — and everything changed. I practiced nonstop, refined my skills, and by 2024 I was doing major extension transformations almost daily with 15+ extension clients.

In 2025, I took the biggest leap of my career and launched my own extension line, Parker Alley. I now offer luxury wefts, tapes, and keratin bonds, and I travel across the state teaching stylists my installation technique — The Parker Alley Signature Method.

Last September, I joined Roots Hair Salon in Mountain Home to grow my clientele and bring a luxury extension experience to the North Central Arkansas area. And these past 6 months have been such a blessing.

If you’ve been thinking about extensions, more fullness, or a total transformation — I would love to chat with you.
