Boston, MA — what an incredible experience! ✨✂️
I’m finally home from Boston, and I can honestly say I’m coming back feeling recharged, inspired, and even more motivated to keep learning, changing, and growing.
I had the pleasure of taking Alex & Haylee, my two commission stylists, to their first hair show as we attended Paul Mitchell’s “See Us in Color” Tour in Boston. What an amazing experience to share with them! ❤️
The talent, creativity, education, and energy in that room were incredible. There were so many amazing educators sharing their knowledge, tips, tricks, techniques — and of course, SO much incredible hair! 😂🔥
I can honestly say I took something away from every single educator who stepped onto that stage. 👏👏👏 They put on an incredible show, and I’m so glad we were there for the very first tour date!
One of my favorite parts was also getting to see so many familiar faces at the reception — people who have mentored me throughout my career, not only as a hairstylist, but also as an educator. Those relationships and experiences mean more to me than I can put into words.
And honestly… watching Alex & Haylee experience their first hair show made it even more special. This is exactly why I believe in continuing education, investing in your craft, and surrounding yourself with people who inspire you to become better.
I’m ready to get back behind the chair Thursday and put some of this new inspiration to work! ✂️🔥
But first… I’m taking tomorrow to rest, recharge, and let my brain catch up with everything I just soaked in. 😂
