I would like to touch base on this nasty review, I recently let this customer go because I felt interactions with her was uncomfortable. I also felt that she was attacking me within our previous visit. I will not work from my home and be made to feel uncomfortable. That’s the total truth. As far as overly chatty, yes I surely talk to much and I apologize but I know that is most definitely truthful. My customers are so much more to me then a business transaction, a lot of you have become my closest friends and I have a lot of love for you. Everyone receives individual attention and I do my best to ensure everyone is happy. I do my best and hardest to make all of my customers feel heard, and appreciated and valued. I will also say that over 10 years within the business that it’s been amazing working for myself these last two years. If you have a favorite memory with me since I’ve been doing your hair please share so everyone can enjoy! 😊
