Another Realm Massage Therapy LLC

*Update*

Therapy is going well, I've gone from 30° external rotation to 74° !! That's a fantastic improvement in 8 weeks. I'm right on track as they say, although not fast enough for me.😉

I am truly missing all your faces and all the stories during our sessions. I appreciate every single one of you who support my work and understand my current circumstances.

I cannot wait to be back!! 🙌🏼

🍁🍂 Have a fantastic week🍁🍂

Here's what I had done...🫣

A little update from me ❤️

I had my follow-up with my surgeon, and unfortunately, my shoulder recovery is going to take longer than we originally anticipated due to extensive damage not originally seen in the MRI. That means I will be out of the office longer than I had hoped.

I’m not going to lie, this one really hurts my heart. I miss my clients, I miss my work, and I miss being in my happy space doing what I love. I was truly hoping I’d be able to get back to you sooner.

I know some of you have been patiently waiting for me to return, and I am incredibly grateful for your patience and understanding. Please know that I haven’t forgotten about you or your appointments. I’m just not medically cleared to return yet, and I have to give my shoulder the time it needs to heal properly.

As soon as I have a more definite return date, I will let everyone know. Until then, please continue to take care of yourselves, stay hydrated, stretch, breathe, and be kind to those tired muscles. ❤️

Thank you for sticking with me through this unexpected chapter. Your messages, patience, and support mean more to me than you probably realize.

I WILL be back. I just need a little more time to get there. 🩷

With love,
Jill

*In the meantime, I will be offering Reiki and in about a month, I'll return with the facial lymphatic and red light therapy treatment. I will offer what I can until I can return fully for massage.

Please message me if you'd like to set up a Reiki in person!! 💫

🤗

I meet with the surgeon on Monday, I'll have an update then. Have a great rest of your week!! 💫
