Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We honor the bravery of the first responders, the resilience of those affected, and the workers who helped rebuild and restore hope in the aftermath.

We will never forget.

This summer, we’re continuing to shine a spotlight on the people behind our world-class Member Advocacy Services. Advocates, like Anthony, have a meaningful impact on the lives of members every day. In this spotlight, Anthony answers the question, “How do you personally connect with our members to build trust during your interactions?” Thank you, Anthony!

Our advocacy has earned a 90+ Member NPS every month since May 2022.

In 2025, our Service team completed 377k health plan enrollments. We make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible for both clients and their members.

+ Every client is paired with a dedicated team that sends member mailings, answers eligibility and enrollment questions, and handles billing and reporting.
+ Every member has a dedicated phone number to an Advocate team that provides on-going education and guidance on Medicare benefits and proactive issue resolution.

This week, we treated our teams on both sides of the country to a well-deserved summer pick-me-up! Our New Jersey office enjoyed a visit from the iconic Mr. Softee truck, while our Arizona team cooled off with an in-office ice cream bar.

No matter the location, taking time to celebrate our people is always worth it. Here's to great teams, great work, and a few extra sprinkles along the way. 💙

We’re kicking off summer by showing appreciation to our amazing team with lunch from Grilly Cheese and Sapori Di Marisa ! Nothing says summer like great food, good vibes, and even better people.

Yesterday, we hosted our annual Health & Wellness Fair for our employees, and it was such a fun afternoon! From chair massages and aromatherapy to salads and smoothies, it was a great opportunity for our team to take a break, recharge, and connect with one another.

We’re proud to support the health and well-being of our employees and create moments that encourage balance, connection, and a little fun during the workday. Thank you to everyone who helped make the event such a success!
