We are on our way to forming a 501c3 Non profit organization.
We are in need of some help with this.
🧐We are looking for a non-profit lawyer or a lawyer experienced in non-profit to help us get our paper work done. Preferably for minimal cost as we get started.
🧑‍💼We are also looking for someone who might be prepared to volunteer their time and energy on being a treasurer or account for our organization. Volunteer would be preferred until we get up and running and have a steady income.
💲We will also need some funding to help us get started. We are brainstorming ways to fundraise a little $$ to help us get this underway.
Costs can vary between $130 and $425, for filing, plus federal IRS fees of $275–$600 for 501(c)(3) status.

If you know anyone, have any suggestions, can help out in anyway. We would love to hear from you.

We will be working on setting up a bank account and all the necessary steps, in the meanwhile if you would love to donate just for this purpose.

🎁Pack a stocking or 2. Don't have one?, you can pack all the items for one stocking in a ziplock bag and drop off complete, we have some stockings.
🎄Host a collection box at your place of work, your church or collect with friends.

😱Wow just wow. Stumbled upon this Seniors mission in Canada. They have been doing what we do for over 40 years. They served 6700 seniors last Christmas. Absolutely amazing. This could be us one day. Big Goals 🎉

Looking for someone who might be willing to pick up a few bags from 44 Pine Cove, Mount Laurel and deliver to Atlas at West Deptford 550 Jessup Rd, Paulsboro, NJ 08066
I would prefer this week but it is not urgent.
It consists of birthday bag donations, book donations and miscellaneous items that they need from Sonshine & Smiles
If anyone is heading that way or would be willing to make the drive please reach out.
