Rachel Alice led us through a deeply meditative and grounding yoga practice today! If you want to join us for our next class we will be here every other Wednesday 🤍🙏🏻✨
A little bit about Rachel. She is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with a wealth of experience, knowledge, and a deep love for creating meaningful movement experiences. She completed her yoga teacher training in Costa Rica, bringing that sense of connection, presence, and intentionality into every class she teaches.
Rachel’s classes are thoughtfully curated to be welcoming and accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or background in yoga. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years, her classes offer space to slow down, connect with your body, and meet yourself exactly where you are.
Her approach is inclusive, intentional, and rooted in the belief that yoga is for every body.

I feel so much joy and gratitude knowing we are closer and closer to these doors being open. I cannot wait for this place to be a sanctuary for relaxation, community and nervous system regulation!! I have some some incredible collaborations coming up as well as talented local vendors that will display their art in our shop. We have been working so hard and Sentir has officially gained its personality. 🤍

Feeling super grateful for this new beginning. The signs are officially up. And this little seed is now looking like it has sprouted . 🌱
I can’t wait to see this room filled, to see people laughing, healing and creating in this space. Don’t forget our opening will be Sep 12th!! The spots for Yoga and sound are full, but we we will be here from noon-2. Come get henna, drink coffee, build your own flower bouquet, create and get to know Sentir and facilitators.
