No toner, no filter just a beautiful healthy blonde with dimension and texturized bob .

Are you ready for the season ?

10/10/2026

We hope you’re enjoying the weekend! 🤍 Our last color of the night, and what a beautiful blonde to finish with.

Maddie’s natural base is a gorgeous, cool dark blonde, so we leave it intact and brighten only where she needs it—a few carefully placed pieces, especially around her face. No toner. No base change. Just beautiful blonde with dimension.

It’s all about placement, knowing when to take those foils down, and keeping her hair healthy. She comes in seasonally, and a little refresh goes a long way. Loving our Davines color and treatments!

Thank you to everyone who sat in our chairs this week—for color, a fresh haircut, styling, or a little time to yourself. Don’t forget your treatments and scalp rituals. Beautiful hair deserves that care between visits, too.

And that cozy alpaca poncho? We only have a few left! 🤎

See you Wednesday for hair! Tuesdays are for spa time, facials, and brows only.

The holidays are almost here, with just a few fall and winter appointments left—and yes, we’re already booking 2027! Book your next visit online and save your spot.

What makes a beautiful blonde? It’s more than going lighter. 🍂✨

It starts with a thoughtful consultation, shades that complement your skin, and precise placement. Balayage and foils are techniques—not colors. The artistry is choosing the right combination for you, while respecting your hair’s integrity.

Why Davines? Thoughtful formulas like Mask with Vibrachrom combine quinoa protein and omega-9-rich conditioning ingredients to support lasting color and shine. Nourishment has a place in beauty, too. 🌿

For this fall blonde, we blended three complementary shades with her natural medium-blonde base. No toner needed for this result—just carefully chosen tones, soft dimension, and a hydrating finish.

A hydration treatment is included with every blonde service at Sage & Soul. 🤍

Something exciting is brewing next door—and the rumors are true! 🤍

Our family is bringing RUMORES to the former Artist Baker The Artist Baker café space next to Sage & Soul.

“RUMORES”means “rumors” in Spanish. To us, it brings to mind the stories, traditions, and conversations that travel from one person to another and bring people together.

Rooted in our Italian, Ecuadorian, and American heritage, RUMORES is taking shape as a café and social house: a place for coffee, fragrant tea, Ecuadorian cacao rituals, comforting Andean-inspired soups, and the sourdough bread you’ve heard me talk about behind the salon chair. We also hope to support local farmers and regenerative practices.

Sabrina and Jaden will bring their love of cafés to the front of the house. Jade and I will help create meaningful gatherings, music, game nights, special suppers, and alcohol-free mocktails—a warm place to slow down, laugh, and stay awhile.

As we work toward the necessary approvals and shape the experience, come along with us. Follow RUMORES | Morristown for the story as it unfolds. And if you see 🐶🐶 Max and Rosie on their Morristown walk, say hello—we may be dreaming up what happens next! 🤍

Happy Sunday 🤎 A little story from our summer break…

Whenever we close Sage & Soul for a little break, I love coming back with something — sometimes inspiration, sometimes knowledge, and sometimes a few beautiful pieces with a story behind them.

On my last trip home to Ecuador 🇪🇨, I discovered Arte Orrala in Santa Elena and learned about the ancestral tradition behind their Valdivia ceramics.

What I loved most was meeting the people behind the work and understanding the process.

Earth. Water. Air. Fire. And human hands. 🤎

For me, it matters to know where something comes from, how it is made and who made it.

So I brought just a few special pieces back with me for our little Sage & Soul boutique. Nothing big — just a tiny piece of Ecuador and its beautiful craftsmanship here in Morristown.

You’ll see them when you come in. And if you love them as much as I do… maybe I’ll bring back a few more. 🇪🇨🤎

More stories from the hands behind our boutique pieces coming soon.

Fall is in the air… and it’s time to fall in love with your hair again. 🍂🤎

Think rich chocolate, warm caramel, creamy latte tones… healthy, glossy hair with soft dimension and a cut that moves with the season.

Come sit in our chairs. Let’s create your fall look. ✨

Last Saturday, we closed Sage & Soul—not for a day off, but for a day dedicated to learning, connection and community. 🌿

If you’ve ever sat in our chairs, you’ve probably heard us talk about our Sunday farm visits. Supporting farmers, sustainability and understanding where our food and ingredients come from have always mattered deeply to our family-owned salon.

Inspired by our connection with Davines North America and Davines, we brought our team and a small group of clients to Rodale Institute to experience regenerative agriculture firsthand.

We toured the research fields, learned how healthy soil supports an entire living ecosystem, shared a farm-to-table meal, created fall flowers and ended the day together by the fire.

This experience is inspiring us to become even more intentional about the coffee, fruit, spa water and little rituals we share with you at Sage & Soul.

Something new is growing—and this Saturday experience was only the beginning. More community experiences are coming. 🤍

Thank you to our team, our clients and the farmers who nourish us every day.

Why Rodale? 🌿 Rodale Institute

My connection to Rodale Institute began through Davines-the professional color and haircare brand we have believed in at Sage & Soul for many years.

Davines creates its products in Parma, Italy, combining science with beautiful ingredients grown by Italian farmers. Its Essential Haircare collection helps support traditional farms and protect crops and biodiversity at risk of disappearing.

Tomatoes, melons, olives, lentils, capers and other ingredients grown from the earth become part of the products we use at Sage & Soul. Even our Mask with Vibrachrom professional color contains quinoa protein extract to help the hair absorb and retain beautiful color.

This commitment is why Davines partnered with Rodale Institute to create a regenerative organic research and education center beside Davines Village in Parma.

Their mission is not simply to sustain the soil—it is to REGENERATE THE SOIL, restore its health, protect biodiversity and educate the farmers who are helping secure the future of our food and beauty ingredients.

After discovering Rodale through Davines, hearing its leaders speak in New York and meeting inspiring farmers and food entrepreneurs at the Good Farmer Award, I knew I wanted to share this experience with my clients and community.

Because beauty does not begin in a bottle. It begins with healthy soil, seeds, farmers and the ingredients that nourish us.

This Saturday, I’m bringing a small group to Rodale Institute to learn together, tour the farm, enjoy a farm-to-table lunch, create with fall flowers and experience where beauty truly begins.

And this is only the beginning. I hope our next experience will be closer to home at Ethos Farm in Long Valley, New Jersey. I encourage everyone to visit and support local farmers—bring your market bags and bring fresh, nourishing food home to your family.

We’re taking you to the roots where beauty begins. 🤍

A few spaces remain for Saturday, September 19.
