VIRTUOSITY SALON

Hello Virtuosity Salon clients—

PLEASE READ 👇👇👇NEW POLICY

Due to the recent number of no shows and late cancelations we will now be requiring a non- refundable $50 deposit for chemical services at the time of scheduling, which will go towards your appointment. Should you not show up to that appointment, you will forfeit that deposit. Any deposit not paid by 8 am the day of the appointment will result in cancellation of said appointment.

We regret that we had to make this choice, but when you don't show up or wait until the last minute to cancel, you are not giving us the time we need to fill that spot. Aside from the loss of income it prohibits another client from taking an appointment that they would have appreciated and attended. We are respectful of your time so please be respectful to ours.

We truly appreciate each one of our customers and understand when life happens and emergencies occur and are happy to accommodate given notice. We cannot help with what we do not know.

***for clarification this policy will go into effect for appointments scheduled after today’s date (via message or phone call) any appointments that have already been scheduled for a later date (pre booking) will be discussed with client at stylists discretion.
