Restoration Massage and Reflexology

You know you should stretch more.
Your body knows you should stretch more.
You probably even SAY you're going to stretch more.
And then you don't. 😂
That's where Table Thai Massage comes in.
Assisted stretching and therapeutic pressure help improve flexibility and mobility while YOU get to relax.
Sounds like a pretty good arrangement.

Raking leaves.
Cleaning gutters.
Fall yard projects.
One last round of golf.
And suddenly Monday morning arrives and your back has filed a formal complaint. 😂
Sports Massage can help your body recover so you can get back to doing what you enjoy.

Ashiatsu Lovers, You Know 🦶
When someone says they like DEEP pressure...
We know exactly what they mean.
Ashiatsu uses broad, controlled pressure from the therapist’s feet to work deeply into tight muscles.
If regular massage leaves you thinking, “Can you go a little deeper?”
This might be your massage.

Stop Saying “I’m Just Getting Old” 😂
You bend down and make a noise.
You stand up and make another noise.
Then you blame your age.
Maybe your body just needs a little attention.
Therapeutic Massage can help work through tension, stiffness, and those muscles that have apparently decided to retire before you have.
