The CardioGolf® Online Studio App-A New Way to Practice-workout routines to help golfers improve swing and workout at the same time.

CardioGolf™ Fitness System
Get your Heart Pumping and your Golf Form in shape with the CardioGolf Fitness System…No golf ball required! Professional golfers know the importance of athletic development for golf. As a recreational golfer, you may not have the time to train like an elite athlete, but by simply adding a few swing drills into your daily routine, you can dramatically improve your game. And you don’t have to go to the golf course or driving range, you can do these exercises at home with the CardioGolf Slope and Shortee Training Club. Master LPGA Professional and NASM Certified Personal Trainer Karen Palacios-Jansen has developed a system of working out to help golfers of all levels improve their golf swings and fitness at the same time. Using the Slope and Shortee Club, Karen takes you through a collection of exercises and drills to improve your game and get a great workout at the same time. A New Way to Practice At-Home- The CardioGolf™ Complete Video Access Subscription includes golf-specific workout routines and swing drills to help golfers of all levels improve their swing technique and get a great workout at the same time and no ball is required. You can do all the workouts in the comfort of your home. Maximize Your Performance-To maximize your golf performance, the golf athlete needs to do a variety of different exercises and workouts to build overall fitness. There are seven physical performance factors that are crucial to every golf-conditioning program: posture, balance, mobility, stability, power, coordination, and endurance. I incorporate all these elements into my CardioGolf Fitness System so that you, not only get a great workout, but also improve your swing technique. The ideal way to train for golf is using a technique called Periodization. Periodization is the process of varying a training program at regular time intervals to bring about optimal gains in physical performance. Periodization is a fancy word for seasonal training. In other words, you need to mix it up and do a variety of exercises during the year. Your workouts should fit the season you are in. Even if you play golf all year round, you still need to vary your workouts so not to plateau. In order to build strength, you need to constantly push yourself by increasing intensity and resistance. But you also need to allow your body periods of rest to recover, so you don’t always want to be doing intense workouts. I design all CardioGolf workouts to maximize golf performance.

Your swing may not need a makeover. It may need a little more.

At first glance, these swings look similar. Look closer, and you’ll notice a few differences: the professional golfer on the right gets the hands deeper behind the body, turns the lead shoulder farther across, and creates more spine angle at the top.

That doesn’t mean the golfer on the left needs to rebuild their swing. They may simply need to develop a little more of the movement they’re already working with.

At CardioGolf® Online Studio, we train movement to help you move better and swing better—not to make you swing like someone else.

Move Better. Swing Better. Play Better.®

Adam Scott: Not Growing Older—Growing Better

Three things to notice in his swing:

1. He starts from a solid base, giving himself a stable foundation to turn.
2. His club travels on a long arc, building momentum without looking rushed.
3. He makes a free release through the ball and finishes in balance.

Swing cue: Solid base → long arc → free release.

Every day in the CardioGolf Online Studio, we do exercises to help us move better and swing better. Visit tv.cardiogolf.com.

This week, we’re taking your practice off the perfectly flat practice mat and preparing your body and swing for something you encounter on almost every round of golf: uneven lies.

Golf courses aren’t flat. Your ball can be above your feet, below your feet, on an upslope or sitting on a downhill lie. Each situation changes your posture, balance, weight distribution and how the club interacts with the ground.

That’s why this week we’re incorporating the CardioGolf® Impact Wedge into our training.

The Impact Wedge allows you to change the level and angle underneath your feet so you can practice adapting your setup and movement to different slopes. Instead of waiting until you’re on the golf course to figure out an awkward lie, you can rehearse those situations during practice. tv.cardiogolf.com

14-min Weight Shift Workout (072) - CardioGolf® Groove Your Swing Workouts - CardioGolf® Online Studio 09/28/2026

Week 39: Groove Your Swing—Weight Shift Workout

Weight shift is more than a swing thought—it’s a movement skill you can train.

In this 14-minute workout, you’ll practice loading into your trail side, shifting pressure toward your lead side and using the ground as you swing. Balance, rotation and rhythm drills help you build a more connected move through the ball—without simply trying to swing harder.

We’ll use the CardioGolf® Impact Wedge and GolfGym® PowerBall to add feedback and resistance. No equipment? Follow along and adapt the movements to what you have.

Press play and groove a more balanced, powerful swing.
