Hey clients.
Just wanted to let you all know that I start back to school this week. I transferred to a different university this semester and my school work load is very intense. Any free time which is very limited, I will be doing my schoolwork. That being said. In the past. I’ve stressed for you all to please use the vagaro website or app to book your appointments. I’m stressing that even more now. It will be extremely difficult for me to book your appointments for you. Just a heads up that if you do text or call me to book an appointment, I more than likely will not get back to you right away. This is why using Vagaro is the best way to book your appointment instantly. As always, if you see that my schedule is pretty booked and you are looking for a specific day and time, you can text or call me, but please ALWAYS use vagaro first 😊 I also encourage you all to pre-book your future appointments. That way you will already have a set appointment.

Another thing that I have to put in place is a cancellation fee. Starting this week. I will charge a $25 cancellation fee if you don’t notify me 24 hours before canceling your appointment. Same applies for NO CALL/NO SHOW. I really hate doing this, but I’ve had a lot of last minute cancellations lately. Also, NEW CLIENTS that book a chemical service with me will need to pay a deposit of $50. That deposit will go towards your service.
I don’t mean for any of these new rules to sound harsh because that is not my intention. I have to set these boundaries for myself and my business. 😊 Thank you all for understanding and please be patient with me for the next several years while I’m in school lol Message me if you have any questions. Attention clients! My schedule will be changing soon as I will be starting summer college classes June 5th. I’ll be in class Tuesdays and Thursdays so I will be working Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Just giving you all a heads up. Thank you all for understanding and being supportive during this time 😊

I’ll be starting school next week. I’ll be in class on Mondays and Wednesdays. I’ll still be working at the salon Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, but depending on my school work load, that may change. Please be patient and understanding during this time as it will be a little difficult to respond automatically to texts or calls for appointments. I will do my best to respond ASAP but please understand that I’ll be juggling a lot. Please try to make your appointments on the vagaro app or website because that will help me out a ton.
