What started as an idea inspired by a simple shoe eventually became the beginning of MFT. From that one spark of inspiration grew an agency built around connection, client-centered care, supporting families, and creating a community where both clients and providers feel valued.

That same heart for helping others continues today. ❤️

MFT offers a FREE clothing closet to all of our clients and their families. From clothing to everyday necessities, we believe that when we have the ability to help, we will.

Lo que comenzó como una idea inspirada por un simple zapato eventualmente se convirtió en el comienzo de **MFT**. MFT ofrece un **armario de ropa GRATUITO para todos nuestros clientes y sus familias**. Desde ropa hasta artículos de uso diario, creemos que cuando tenemos la capacidad de ayudar, **lo hacemos.**

✨ Meet MFT Director Addie Lynn Cross! ✨

Addie started with Metro Family Therapy as a psychotherapist and clinical director because she believes deeply in MFT’s mission and the way its work aligns with her values. She wanted to be part of an agency that prioritizes client-centered care while supporting the community and its families.

As a director, Addie is passionate about supporting and empowering hardworking, and often overwhelmed, providers. She loves being part of MFT because it is a diverse group of professionals who encourage and support one another.

Outside of work, Addie enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, and their fur babies, going out with friends and family, and—of course—shopping at At Home, which she proudly calls her happy place!

Fun Fact: Addie has a huge heart for animals. She and Matt have spent 30 years together raising Pit Bulls and Frenchies!

Addie comenzó en Metro Family Therapy como psicoterapeuta y directora clínica porque cree profundamente en la misión de MFT y en cómo el trabajo de la agencia está alineado con sus valores. Su deseo era formar parte de una agencia que valore la atención centrada en el cliente y que apoye a la comunidad y a sus familias.

Como directora, Addie siente una gran pasión por **apoyar y empoderar a los proveedores que trabajan arduamente y que muchas veces se sienten abrumados.** Le gusta trabajar en MFT porque es un grupo diverso de profesionales que se animan, apoyan y ayudan mutuamente.

Fuera del trabajo, Addie disfruta pasar tiempo con su esposo, Matt, y sus bebés de cuatro patas, salir con amigos y familiares y, por supuesto, ¡ir de compras a **At Home**, su lugar feliz! 🏡✨

🐾 **Dato curioso:** Addie tiene un gran amor por los animales. ¡Ella y Matt llevan **30 años juntos criando Pit Bulls y Frenchies!**

✨Meet Our Bethany & Midwest City Office Manager!✨

Meet Jeannie Miller, our Office Manager serving our Bethany and Midwest City locations!

Why MFT?
Jeannie started at MFT after her daughter, Tiffany, who also worked here, encouraged her to apply for the Office Manager position. Since joining the MFT family, Jeannie has grown to love supporting our employees, clients, and management team. She says her favorite part of the job is ending each day with a sense of accomplishment and pride- something she strives for in her professional life.

Outside of MFT
Jeannie loves spending time with her family and playing with her 12 grandchildren! She also enjoys exploring everything the OKC metro has to offer, from parks and museums to movies, plays, sporting events, restaurants, and special events.

Fun Fact!
Jeannie has two orange tabby cats, Garfield and Tigger!Their playful, silly, and sometimes clumsy personalities keep her entertained for hours—and their names definitely fit them perfectly.

✨ Meet Our Moore Office Manager! ✨

Meet Hannah Lupton, our Office Manager at our Moore location! 💙

Along with being an Office Manager, Hannah is a Behavioral Health Case Manager II and Disability Resource Employment Consultant. She is also currently attending the University of Oklahoma, where she is majoring in Psychology.

Hannah entered the mental health field with a desire to make meaningful changes at the micro level. She believes that working locally and being involved in the community is one of the most meaningful ways to create positive change.

Outside of work and school, Hannah is a mom to a baby boy and frenchie. In her free time, she loves traveling, hiking, and spending time with horses.

Hannah is passionate about making a difference within her community, supporting others, and helping people recognize their potential and everything they are capable of accomplishing.

¡Les presentamos a Hannah Lupton, nuestra Gerente de Oficina en nuestra ubicación de Moore! 💙

Además de ser Gerente de Oficina, Hannah es Administradora de Casos de Salud Conductual y Consultora de Recursos de Empleo para Personas con Discapacidades. Actualmente también estudia en la Universidad de Oklahoma, donde se especializa en Psicología.

Hannah ingresó al campo de la salud mental con el deseo de generar cambios significativos a nivel individual. Ella cree que trabajar a nivel local y formar parte de la comunidad es una de las maneras más significativas de generar un cambio positivo.

Fuera del trabajo y la escuela, Hannah es mamá de un niño y de un Frenchie. En su tiempo libre, le encanta viajar, hacer senderismo y pasar tiempo con caballos.

Hannah siente una gran pasión por marcar una diferencia en su comunidad, apoyar a los demás y ayudar a las personas a reconocer su potencial y todo lo que son capaces de lograr.

Metro Family Therapy (MFT) was founded by Crystal Rios in 2015. As a marriage therapist herself, Crystal saw an opportunity to provide more support, resources, and care for the community she loves. That vision became the foundation of MFT.

Shortly after opening MFT, her husband, Joab, joined the team. Together, Crystal and Joab have built not only a thriving practice, but a family-centered mission focused on making a difference in the lives of others.

Outside of MFT, they are proud parents to three beautiful children and three fur babies. They are passionate about giving back to local communities and creating a place where individuals and families feel supported, valued, and cared for.

We are grateful for the heart, dedication, and vision our founders bring to MFT every day. ✨

Metro Family Therapy (MFT) fue fundada por Crystal Rios en 2015 con la visión de brindar más apoyo, recursos y atención compasiva a la comunidad.

Como terapeuta matrimonial, Crystal vio la oportunidad de crear algo más grande: un lugar donde las personas y las familias pudieran sentirse escuchadas, apoyadas y valoradas. Esa visión se convirtió en el corazón de MFT.

Poco después de abrir MFT, su esposo, Joab, se unió al equipo. Juntos han construido mucho más que una práctica; han creado una misión familiar enfocada en generar un impacto positivo en la vida de los demás.

Fuera de MFT, Crystal y Joab son orgullosos padres de tres hermosos hijos y tres mascotas. Ambos tienen un gran compromiso con servir a sus comunidades locales y crear un espacio donde las personas puedan encontrar esperanza, sanación y apoyo.
