One of my greatest joys in this industry is getting to mentor and learn alongside the next generation of stylists. Through every season and every salon location, I’ve had the pleasure of walking right alongside so many rising stylists- creating space to teach, grow together, and share our passion for making others feel beautiful. It has always held a special place in my heart.

Today, my assistant (a 2025 Montgomery High School cosmetology grad!) and I had the privilege of hosting two bright young ladies from Magnolia West High School for a shadow day. From hands-on practice to talking through all of their future plans, their energy and enthusiasm were completely contagious!

This profession is truly a calling centered on serving others, and seeing young stylists step into their passion reminds me why I fell in love with hair in the first place. So grateful to play a small part in their journey! The future is bright! ✂️✨🫶🏼
