After nearly 15 years in business, I’m looking for the next space where I can continue providing my clients with the personalized skincare, relaxation, and results they have come to know and love.
I’m searching for a commercial space approximately 700-1000 sq. ft. in the Shelton, Monroe, or Trumbull area.
Ideally, I’m looking for:
✨ Approximately 700-1000 sq. ft.
✨ Good parking/accessibility
✨ A space suitable for a private skincare/esthetic spa
✨ Ideally 1–2 treatment rooms or a layout that can be adapted
✨ A welcoming environment for existing and new clients

💧 DEHYDRATED SKIN vs. DRY SKIN — Do you know the difference?
They may look and feel similar, but they’re actually two different skin concerns!
✨ Dehydrated skin = lacking WATER
It can happen to any skin type—even oily or combination skin. You may notice tightness, dullness, fine lines, or skin that just doesn’t look as plump and radiant as usual.
✨ Dry skin = lacking OIL
Dryness is more of a skin type and is related to producing less natural oil (sebum). You may experience rough texture, flaking, sensitivity, or a compromised skin barrier.
💦 Dehydrated skin needs hydration.
Think humectants like hyaluronic acid and glycerin, along with hydrating serums and moisturizers.
🧴 Dry skin needs nourishment.
Think ceramides, nourishing creams, oils, and ingredients that help support and protect the skin barrier.
