When I first stepped into GRACE SALON SUITES LOWCOUNTRY , I had no idea what the future would hold. There were highs, there were lows, there were lessons, blessings, beautiful new relationships that were created, and some relationships that simply served their season and came to an end.

Through it all, I grew, not only as a Master Loctician and business owner, but as a woman. Love On Your Locs® grew right along with me. 🥹

Grace Salon Suites was home to so many chapters of my journey, and I’ll always be grateful for the space that allowed me to build, create, learn, evolve, and serve so many amazing people. To the women of Grace Salon Suites, thank you for the conversations, the laughs, the support, the memories, and simply being a part of this chapter. 💕

There’s no sadness in closing this chapter, just gratitude. Because sometimes growth means being willing to leave a place you’ve become comfortable in and make room for what’s next.

So here’s to six years of memories, lessons, blessings, and becoming. 🥂

Before I render services on a new or transfer client, we start with a consultation. We examine the scalp, assess the health and integrity of the locs, discuss what level of care is needed, and when necessary, demonstrate techniques so you can actually SEE what I’m recommending and understand why.

We also discuss pricing, any adjustments that may be necessary, and the overall investment BEFORE moving forward. Transparency matters. 🤎

As professionals, we have to do better about communicating with our clients. If you see an issue and you have the knowledge and skill to address it, don’t ignore it just to get through the appointment. Explain what you see. Educate your client. Discuss what needs to be done, what the investment will be, and make sure there is a mutual understanding before proceeding.
