The number one question I get about Sylfirm X: does it hurt? ⚡

This is my mom, and today we’re treating her face and neck. We numbed both areas for about 45 minutes to an hour before we started. That’s not a step to rush, and it’s the difference between tolerable and not.

✨ On a scale of 0 to 10? She’s sitting around a 3.5 to 4. Very manageable for what this incredible machine does! Sylfirm X uses RF microneedling to tighten skin, refine texture, and build collagen, and it’s one of the few devices safe enough for the neck.

Sculptra is my number one anti-aging treatment, and it works differently than anything else I inject. It’s a biostimulator, meaning it stimulates your own collagen rather than adding volume. We lose roughly 1% of our collagen every year starting around 25, so this is about replacing what’s leaving. ✨

One vial per decade of life is what we usually recommend. Then a Sculptra sprinkle every year after, one to two vials, and that’s it. Collagen stimulation with a product like Sculptra really is that low-maintenance!!

A syringe of filler in the chin does more than add length. It adds projection, and that projection is what softens the prejowl and blends the whole lower face.

From there, Radiesse along the jawline and at the angle brings definition where she needed it most. Elongating the chin and jawline together is what creates that clean profile and takes attention off the submental area.

Next visit we may add tox to tighten things further, but this is what one thoughtful session can do. 💉💕
