Caley (yes, it rhymes with “does great hair daily” – because she truly does) is one of our Level 4 Stylist that works with co-stylists for selected services, and the magnetic force behind countless head-turning transformations.

An Aveda Institute graduate who aced her licensing with a perfect 100%, Caley’s passion for hair and heart for people have taken her from advanced training sessions in Los Angeles and curl intensives in Atlanta to styling runways for MN Fashion Week alongside our creative director.

With a chair-side presence that feels like both a warm hug and a hype squad, Caley specializes in all hair textures, all ages, and all kinds of fabulous. Whether you’re dreaming of a bold vivid color, intricate curl-enhancing treatments, effortless blowouts, wedding-day glam, or a total hair makeover, Caley’s got you. She’s also the lead stylist of our Bridal Team and a fierce advocate for texture love—nurturing everything from fine, limp locks to glorious, untamed curls.

Kait’s journey in the world of cosmetology began at Nova Academy of Cosmetology in Mankato, Minnesota, where she honed her skills and discovered her true calling. Her dedication to this craft is unparalleled, as she’s been perfecting her artistry for almost four years.

Kait’s passion for hair transcends her professional life; it’s a lifelong fascination that began with foiling her Barbie dolls’ hair. Even during her days at Mankato State University, her love for hair could not be ignored, as she started styling hair for friends right in her dorm room.

What truly sets Kait apart is her genuine commitment to making people smile. Her goal is simple: to leave each client happy and satisfied. She believes that a great salon experience isn’t just about the end result; it’s about the laughter and connection shared during the process.
