Reiki is a light touch non-invasive relaxation and pain-management modality that can promote healing. A treatment lasts sixty to ninety minutes.
The experience of a Reiki treatment is unique to each other. The Reiki practitioner places their hands gently and passively on the 7 main chakras of the body. Each position is held three to five minutes. The guest will be fully clothed on a massage table in a relaxed, and comfortable environment. It is a deeply rejuvenating, restorative and safe process. Reiki uses Universal Life force energy to balance and harmonize the PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, MENTAL and SPIRITUAL levels of the body.
