I hear this all the time: “I don’t really use SPF because I don’t go outside often.”

But the truth is, UV rays can still pe*****te through windows (think about how plants receive sunlight even though they’re indoors). And the SPF I retail also helps protect against blue light, which I know we’re all getting plenty of from our computers and phones.

Friendly reminder: your SPF should only last you about 2–3 months if you’re using the right amount and reapplying throughout the day.
