It ain’t easy, but it is the best way that I’ve found to operate as a human & as a business.

Let’s gooooooo 🍁 🍂 🍯

Owning a business & leadership are 2 different things….

Leadership, to me, is about making friends with fear & choosing to move forward despite its warnings. And to then share with everyone else that we don’t know exactly how it’s all going to work, but we trust the direction. To be a little delusional. To be curious. To be resilient & know when to pause before making any emotionally charged judgements that affect others. To create in a direction despite it being unpopular or different.

What does leadership mean to you? Who are leaders that you look up to??

But they were all of them deceived….

Nice Hair is a lighthearted & colorful salon in Milwaukee, where we take your hair & our work seriously (but not ourselves). We specialize in haircuts & all sorts of hair colors. Come on down

If you tell me you have a goal & then you forget about it 2 weeks later…..turns out you don’t give a f*ck about that goal….. & I’ll probably point that out
