River Three Barber Shop

Couldn’t ask for a better October Saturday in Milford. Full chairs, a busy downtown, and all the guys doing their thing.

There’s something pretty incredible about looking around the shop on a Saturday like this. Seeing people come through the door, choosing our shop and trusting our guys with their cuts. We really don’t take any of it for granted.

Feeling pretty lucky to have our little spot right here in the middle of it all. Hope everyone’s out enjoying their beautiful Saturday.

The hat. The jacket. A haircut in progress. Just another completely normal day here at RTBS with Charlie.

Almost 30 years behind the chair, and somehow he found his way to RTBS simply by walking by and noticing the shop.

Richard is one of the hardest workers, takes a ton of pride in what he does, and is just one of those people you can count on. He takes his time, pays attention to the little things, and genuinely cares about the person sitting in his chair.

And we can’t talk about Richard without mentioning the coffee. He makes a mean little cup, and trust us… when he’s on vacation, the guys definitely notice when those coffees stop coming.

We’re really glad that a random walk-by brought him through our doors. He’s become a pretty special part of RTBS, and we’re glad plenty of you have gotten to know exactly why.

We share a lot of haircuts around here, but not enough about the guys behind the chairs. So over the next few weeks, we’re showing each of them a little love and letting you get to know them beyond the cuts.

Together we spent Sunday at the shop getting a few things ready for this week. Isaac fixing things, boys getting haircuts, football on, and Ziggy wandering like he owns the place.

Business stuff mixed with family stuff. Pretty thankful this little shop gives us days like this together.

The sun may have called out, but we didn’t.

RTBS is open regular Saturday hours. Walk-ins welcome and appointments available.

Different chairs. Different styles. One shop.

Every barber at RTBS brings something different to the table, and that’s exactly how we want it.

A little heads up as we get closer to October..

Isaac and Jackie will be away from the shop October 22nd–31st while Jackie takes some time to process the fact that she’s turning 40. She’s currently in denial. He’ll be back behind the chair November 2nd!

We wanted to put it out there early for anyone who typically books with him so you have plenty of time to plan your October cuts around it.

The rest of the shop will still be here and taking appointments as usual while he’s away!

And we have our NeeDoh winners!!

We put Jace & Hunter in charge of the announcement, so naturally it’s chaotic. And just when they finally got it together, my phone decided two winners were enough and stopped recording without telling me.
Don’t worry, we DID pick all of our winners, and everyone has officially been notified!

And a huge thank you to everyone who came through for their back-to-school cuts! We loved seeing so many familiar faces (and plenty of new ones too) and we’re looking forward to seeing everyone back in the shop soon.

P.S. we saw you looking at that blue RTBS shirt and the hats. Jace & Hunter are casually modeling some of our new merch like they weren’t specifically told to wear it for this video. Kids shirts + new hats colors are officially in the shop!

Football season is back, which means the requests in the chair start getting a little more creative.

This one came in knowing exactly what he wanted.. Eagles all the way. And while a picture like this would have me stressed before the clippers even turned on, Isaac loves a challenge.

It’s always fun seeing what the kids come up with and then watching him somehow turn it into a haircut.

Me? I’ll stick to taking the pictures.
