Hairstyling is always about producing good hair first, but having a strong connection with a client makes it all worth it. You never know what people are struggling with and having an intimate moment with a customer and hearing their life story can help better yours. I’m grateful for customers like this, the conversation we had and the over-all experience. She left writing a 5 star review on her own and it was so pleasant to be her hairstylist while she was going through a tough time. That’s what life is about.
