And now… the paddle boat.
Our new Fika paddle boat is here — yours to enjoy with every sauna session.
Take your time. Stay awhile.

We’ve taken a break for the summer, but that doesn’t mean we haven’t been busy creating lots of wonderful new things at FIKA.
And now, we’re ready to plunge back in. ❄️
FIKA reopens September 17.
And this season, the pond has a new permanent feature: the cold plunge.
We’ve installed extra-wide aluminum dock steps leading down into the pond, with a landing below — with plenty of room for you and your fellow brave (or questionable) friends to take the plunge together.
Feeling brave? Take the full plunge.
Feeling slightly less brave? The extra-wide steps are made for sitting, dipping, and contemplating your life choices.
Bring your friends. Bring your bravery.
Cold water. Warm sauna. Questionable decisions.
Very FIKA.
See you September 17. 🥶

FIKA mobile was set up for a week at a beautiful private residence in Middlebury surrounded by open grassy fields, sweeping mountain views, and that unmistakable Vermont charm.
There’s something special about stepping out of the warmth of the sauna into the fresh Vermont air while taking in views like these. It was the perfect setting to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the outdoors.
Our mobile sauna can be delivered directly to you for:
• Backyard gatherings
• Birthday celebrations
• Wedding weekends
• Family get-togethers
• A relaxing weekend with friends
Where would you park a sauna for the week(end)?
As we head into our seasonal closing on May 31st, we just want to say thank you.
This past season has been incredibly special, and we are so grateful for everyone who booked a session, shared FIKA with friends, supported our small business, and made this space what it is.
We’ll be taking a summer break and will reopen this fall. But, behind the scenes, we’ll be busy working on some exciting enhancements for the new season ahead - new offerings, improvements to the driveway, and best of all — a permanent cold plunge is coming!
We cannot wait to welcome you back this fall for an even better FIKA experience. Until then, thank you again for an amazing season.

We added a few tulips to the lounge this week and it just felt worth sharing as these little touches make the space feel extra special!
Hope to see you soon!
Had an amazing time bringing FIKA’s mobile sauna to Vermont’s first Sauna Festival on Saturday! The energy was incredible all day and it was cool to see six sauna folks come together and start building something really special. You could really feel the sense of connection, shared passion, and community taking shape. Feeling super grateful (and honestly honored) to be part of this little village! Can’t wait to see where it goes from here.
