THE SEVENTH INSIGHT: INTUITIVE GUIDANCE

The Seventh Insight reminds us that life doesn't leave us to figure everything out alone. As we deepen our spiritual connection and become clearer about our Personal Mission, we begin to recognize that a greater intelligence is guiding us along our path.

This guidance often arrives as intuition—a spontaneous thought that seems to come from somewhere beyond our ordinary mind. When we pay attention to these subtle nudges, they often lead us toward the very people, opportunities, and synchronistic events we need next. Our first task is learning to recognize them.

Since intuitive thoughts and images are very fleeting, it’s easy to miss them or reject them, because they aren’t what our rational mind is focusing on at the moment. Rather, they come as a flash—an inner knowing, a feeling, or an image—accompanied by a hit of inspiration.

To help identify an intuition, when something strikes your mind, ask: Why did I think of that now? This simple question encourages us to pause and consider whether the thought came from the calculating mind, arose from fear, or may be genuine guidance worth exploring.

The problem with acting on our intuition is that it’s not always convenient. If it isn't on our to-do list, our ego is quick to dismiss it as a random thought. But the Seventh Insight encourages us to break that habit and remain open to the intuitive stream.

Of course, we must remain practical. Not every thought is an intuition. I like to say we have to suspend our doubts just long enough to test out an intuition without abandoning common sense. Often a synchronistic event soon follows to affirm the guidance—or it doesn't. Either way, life gives us the feedback we need.

As we become more willing to listen, intuition gradually becomes less of a rare event and more of a natural way of moving through life. Instead of feeling as though we're forcing our way forward, we begin to experience the reassurance that we're being guided—one insight, one synchronicity, and one step at a time.
