If there is one thing I have learned as a business owner is that…

Note: Im posting this to be transparent and that it might help someone else!

YOU DONT ALWAYS GET IT RIGHT! And I might have a disgruntled client from time to time.

BUT, I’ve learned if you can or are not allowed to fix it AT LEAST OWN IT!

I had a not so happy client, I did give her a different shape (honestly unintentional) and I have no clue why her nails came off! I did follow all prep before hand.

But it’s definitely a learning experience! I immediately apologized and offered a free service anytime the client choose!

HERE IS THE LESSON: FIX IT OR OWN IT BUT BY ALL MEANS DONT DEFLECT NOR IGNORE IT!

My ratings are still 4.8 with room for improvement!
