Self-Aware Michelle
Self-Awareness Educator- My mission is to lead you to a full awakening & self-mastery.
Self-awareness doesn’t always make life easier. Sometimes it forces you to make choices that hurt deeply but protect the person you’re becoming.
♥️If this resonates with you, save it and share it with someone who needs this reminder.
At this point, I don’t need more memory… I need a personal assistant for my own brain. 😂
Because apparently writing things down isn’t enough anymore. I also need to remember where I wrote them and why. 🙈
Y cuando entiendes esto, dejas de tomarte tantas cosas personal.
Theres a different kind of confidence that comes from truly knowing yourself.
When you’ve done the deep work, faced your wounds, and started healing, you stop looking for someone to complete you.
You become your own champion.
Know yourself. Heal. Grow.
💡Share this with someone who needs to hear this.
Not every consequence needs your intervention.
Sometimes self-respect looks like stepping back and allowing people to experience what their choices created.
You’re not being bitter.
You’re not holding a grudge.
You’re not wishing them harm.
You’re simply refusing to keep rescuing people from the consequences of how they treated you.
Self-awareness is knowing when to help and when helping means getting in the way of someone else’s lesson.
Let them learn. Let them grow. Let them take accountability.
Save this if you’re learning that boundaries don’t require guilt.
Sometimes what hurts isn’t what someone else has materially.
It’s watching someone have the kind of relationship with their mother that you know you deserved.
A mother you can call when life gets hard.
A mother you can laugh with.
A mother you can trust.
A mother who feels like safety instead of pain.
And there’s a very quiet grief in realizing that not everyone gets that relationship.
If this is part of your story, I hope you remember: grieving what you didn’t receive does not make you ungrateful. It means you’re acknowledging what mattered.
You deserved a relationship where being loved by your mother felt safe.
If this resonated with you, save this for the days you need the reminder and share it with someone who may understand. ♥️
