She came in with a very clear vision—and an inspiration photo that was actually realistic for her hair, texture and starting point.

So we used it as our roadmap, not something to copy strand for strand.

The goal: a high-impact, low-maintenance lived-in blonde with a bright money piece, soft face framing and strategically placed babylights to create maximum blonde impact without highlighting every piece of hair.

The result is bright where it matters, dimensional where it needs to be, and designed to grow out beautifully.

Inspiration photos are ALWAYS welcome in my chair. The magic is taking what you love about the photo and customizing it to your hair, your skin tone, your texture and your lifestyle.

When the inspiration is realistic for your starting canvas, you’d be surprised how attainable it can be. ✨

More foils doesn’t always mean more blonde.

This is what strategic placement looks like.

Instead of packing her entire head with foils, I concentrated the blonding exactly where it would create the most impact—around the face, through the money piece and in carefully selected areas throughout the hair.

Less unnecessary lightening.
More dimension.
A softer grow-out.
And still a VERY blonde result.

That’s the difference between simply highlighting hair and designing a blonde.

This is why I don’t want every strand blonde.

That little bit of depth running through the hair is what makes the blonde look brighter.

We kept intentional dimension while creating soft, blended brightness through the lengths, so she gets that expensive, lived-in blonde effect without a harsh grow-out.

Bright. Dimensional. Soft. And made to look just as beautiful weeks from now as it does today.

Fresh color deserves a little patience.
Try to keep your hair dry for at least 48 hours after your appointment. If you can wait 72 hours before the pool or ocean—even better

Prep your hair before you dive in.
Rinse with fresh water first, then apply a leave-in conditioner or hydrating mask. Think of your hair like a sponge—the more fresh water it holds, the less salt and chlorine it can absorb.

Your color is an investment.
Treat it like one.
