I love observing the passage of time with curiosity. It often feels like it moves so fast, and seemingly out of our control ~ as in one moment we’re welcoming a new season, and the next, it’s slipping through our fingers.

The secret I have discovered: we can slow down time with the magic of rituals. When I take time to attend to my morning practice, my meditation, moments of quiet ~ suddenly a lot more time and spaciousness opens up in my day!
