Another trip around the sun ☀️ and I cannot be more thankful for waking up another day and enjoying the things I love to do, loving the people that make my life better and helping others overcome challenges they never thought they could beat.

This past year I laughed, cried, I felt anger, love, passion, sadness, incredible joy and inner peace. I hustled hard, put myself out there, spoke my truth and didn’t give up. I made mistakes and learned from them.

As I always say, I’m an eternal student of life and while this last year had its questionable moments, I realized that my inner strength is limitless. I’ll keep living my life with an open heart, vulnerability and passion because that’s the only way is worth it. #33 #11

Today marks 100 health coaching clients. When I first started this journey years ago I never thought I would get this point. I always knew my calling in life was to help those around me feel better emotionally, spiritually and physically. Little did I know that their stories of strength, love and survival actually saved me. It’s always a game of give and take no matter what you do in life. You can learn from anyone and everyone and all it takes is listening and intention. Equanimity above all. 🙏🏼

Hello friends! I'm so happy to announce that I launched my Holiday edition ebook called Easy Plant-Based Holiday Recipes featuring more than 14 dessert step-by-step recipes inspired by your favorite sweet treats. The best part about this initiative is that it has a really special cause. All proceeds will be donated to a COVID-19 relief fund by the WHO dedicated to helping those cope with losses, mental health issues and lingering health problems from the virus. I wanted to create something that could give back especially during these times. If plant-based baking is not your thing, at least you get to do something awesome for our fellow humans.
