This simple Libessart Method sequence is designed to help relax the trapezius muscles, improve shoulder mobility, and reduce postural tension.

Start with a controlled shoulder lift. Inhale, raise the shoulders, hold for 6 seconds, then release completely.

Continue with slow shoulder rolls, moving upward and backward while gently bringing the shoulder blades together.

Repeat each movement 10 times, 3 times per week.
