Last week my team and gathered at The Deck (Island Gardens) to celebrate the second anniversary of our practice, Dentists at Midtown. When we opened, our focus on the Mouth Body Connection quickly earned us the reputation for providing the most advanced and comprehensive oral healthcare in the Midtown, Miami region - which enabled us to achieve a level of success that I never thought possible (especially given the many unique, and often unrelenting, challenges of this past year!).
For me, these circumstances have served as a valuable reminder that success is usually not a singular achievement; rather, it is through the collective and collaborative efforts of a team.
To put it simply, high performing teams do not develop without deep mutual trust, clear communication, and a consistent high standard of accountability for each and every team member. By fostering such a team environment alongside a clear clinical culture focused on developing Patients For Life, you too will be able to celebrate success that exceeds even your most optimistic expectations.
