Three months ago I hadn’t even signed the lease.
I knew exactly what I needed I just wasn’t gonna force it or settle for a space that wasn’t right. So I waited, kept my eyes open, and when the right opportunity finally showed up I moved on it immediately.
THAT’S the part nobody tells you. It’s not about jumping at everything. It’s about knowing what you want bad enough to recognize it the second it’s in front of you and then actually taking it. No overthinking, no “let me sleep on it for two weeks.” YOU HAVE TO KNOW THE VISION.
