Pontchartrain Massage & Wellness Solutions

After more than 30 years in this work, I still do not take a single session for granted.

Holding a quiet, safe space where you can finally put down what you have been carrying, even just for an hour, is the greatest privilege. When your nervous system finally feels safe enough to soften, everything changes.

Thank you for trusting me with your care, your rest, and your bodies.

Hi My name is Ann, I'm a massage therapist with over 30 years of experience.... Are you in need of any assistance today, sir? 😂

This is the reality of owning a business in today's age 😅

There is a reason you feel a genuine shift the moment you step off the table.

When you spend all week carrying responsibilities for everyone else, your nervous system gets stuck in overdrive. Getting on the table is about so much more than easing physical tension. It is a quiet space where your body finally receives the message that it is safe to soften, exhale, and let go.

In my treatment room, creating that sense of calm restoration is always the goal. Take a slow breath today and give yourself permission to pause.

There's a version of me that stays completely calm and professional when I walk out after your session.

And then there's the version of me the second that door closes. That one's doing a full victory dance in my head. Every single time. 😎

30 years of practice and watching someone's shoulders finally drop is still the best part of my day, even if I play it cool about it.
